The Strategic Engagement and Initiatives (SEI) Director provides core operational and relationship management support, which include developing, managing, and helping to implement critical processes, systems and structures that help achieve team goals. The SEI Director is responsible for project coordination and will ensure strong project management and the efficient and effective use of CFP resources. This position will keep team efforts aligned and on track to achieve project-specific goals, as well as support broader efforts within SEI and achievement of Casey’s organizational objectives. It will support the team in conceiving, developing, and managing a national portfolio of complex projects, partnerships, relationships, and initiatives.
