Due to COVID-19, organizations of all types have to make important decisions about how and when to reopen their doors to staff and those they serve, and how that new reality will operate. While some of these strategies may be temporary, others may provide you an opportunity to try new things. During this training we will explore measures to help guide our decision making process to reopen and steps to help keep our staff, volunteers and the people we serve safe.

- Identify how to implement national best practices.
- Determine what past organizational structures can be modified for the short and long term.
- Develop a strategy of how to communicate these structures to staff and patrons.
