9/11: Service Opportunities

National Day of Service and Remembrance
Our colleagues at AmeriCorps, who are charged with leading this day of service, are honoring this year under the banner “Unity through Service” in recognition of the great spirit of unity and service that our country displayed in the aftermath of 9/11/2001. As we honor those we lost on that fateful day and those who rose in service because of it, AmeriCorps invites you to honor 9/11 this year by serving with someone who may not share the same faith, political party, or neighborhood as you. Demonstrate that we have more in common than what often divides us by serving together. Share you 9/11 story with #911Day.
