Our Organization

Nonprofit and philanthropic organizations have long played a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities across Mississippi. The Mississippi Alliance of Nonprofits and Philanthropy (the Alliance) builds on more than three decades of experience to provide leadership, organizational development, and strategic support to help these organizations address a wide range of challenges.

We connect nonprofit and philanthropic leaders in ways that transform how they work—ensuring they have the tools, resources, training, and networks needed to create lasting impact. Through affinity groups, online platforms, and facilitated collaboration, our members move quickly from conversation to action, strengthening both individual organizations and the sector as a whole.

As Mississippi’s statewide membership association for nonprofits and philanthropies, the Alliance exists to serve, strengthen, and support the organizations working every day to build stronger, more resilient communities. We provide training, resources, policy updates, and opportunities to connect—helping organizations grow their capacity and amplify their mission.
