McKenzie Wren, MPH is an independent facilitator whose practice focuses on diversity, equity and inclusion. As a change maker specializing in culture, McKenzie has an expansive portfolio of work helping her clients access their wisdom to catapult their growth and the growth of their organizations. She helps businesses and nonprofits create culture on purpose: intentional culture that supports collaboration, inclusion and success. She brings creative problem-solving and innovative approaches to build community and encourage communication.

McKenzie is committed to authentic inclusion, social justice and racial equity and she brings this to all aspects of her practice.

Her public health training brought her to “the most diverse square mile in the US,” Clarkston, GA, where she spent over 10 years working with people from all over the world, building community, fostering inclusion and helping individuals to unlock their futures. McKenzie earned her master’s degree from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health where she later taught students on leadership and community engagement for three years. She is trained in Theory U, Asset-based Community Development and the Collaborative Operating System.
