Course Description
All leaders and managers need to be developing their staff - learning how to draw out the best in them and how to be confident when delegating key tasks. Workplace coaching and mentoring has become an essential approach to developing both individual and team peak performance. Why? Because Coaching is forward-focused, keys in on outcomes, and how to get to those. A coaching approach fosters collaboration and strong lasting partnerships between managers and employees, which generates an iterative cycle of trust, engagement, and development. This in turn leads to results including increased productivity, greater employee engagement, innovation, and lasting business relationships.
