Course Description

We are different. We don't get energized by the same things. We approach problem-solving differently. We even handle our "to-do" lists differently. (What? You don't really HAVE a to-do list?!) These differences in the way we see the world are part of what strengthens teams. But they can also make us a little frustrated. There are a lot of different instruments that are used to look at different "personality types". Join us to understand a little more about yourself - and those you work with. Maybe they are NOT laying awake at night trying to find new ways to drive you crazy!

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to...

  • articulate the major elements of 16 personality types that govern how we approach our work.
  • articulate how personality type impacts team performance.
  • identify ways they can apply the information learned in their workplace.
