Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion: Focus on People & Organizations

seperator

This program lays the foundation to understand how social identities such as race, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, age, etc have been used to exclude historically marginalized people from full participation in society. The six-week session provides the tools to begin to explore one’s own identities, how blindspots may impact the good work of philanthropy and nonprofits and how to have the difficult conversations necessary to create a more just and equitable society. You will learn about the “equity lens” and how to apply it both personally and professionally.
