Course Description
In order to be a great leader of others, you have to first take care of yourself. Everyone wants to know how to move forward in our organizations, but they don’t realize that it really starts internally, with you. That’s where self-leadership comes in. Self-care is consciously built into everything you do throughout your day—the physical, mental, and spiritual rituals built into your life. Join Rev. Paige Swaim-Presley and Rev. Dr. Joey Shelton to consider how mindfulness and self-care can keep you grounded in how best to serve others and remain productive in your work, even as you face personal difficulties.
