Course Description
Based on Principles & Standards for Nonprofit & Philanthropy Excellence©, the first two sessions will help the board to apply best practices to build a strong organization including: board responsibilities, board composition, and required policies. Practical tips and techniques will also be offered that can be used to tell your organization’s story. After, we will discuss the new portal and requirements for the CFNM grants during a working lunch. To end the day, participants will join grant experts for a panel discussion and Q&A. This is a session you and your board sure won't want to miss!
