Course Description
Is your organization progressing toward its vision and mission? One way to address this question is to identify your organization's key priorities and recording them in a well-designed, researched strategic plan. In this session, participants will learn about the essential steps in the strategic planning process, including tips for crafting a strategic plan for their nonprofit.
