Course Description
What do you intend to accomplish through the work of the nonprofit you serve? Charting a path for the future helps you tell your story more effectively. And recruiting and retaining the right people, whether paid staff or volunteers, is a critical part of achieving your mission. This class will focus on your most important resource—people and how they help you improve the lives of children, families, and communities.
