Course Description
Join this open forum designed to support dialogue related to appreciating differences and creating a welcoming work environment for all. DE&I expert Pam Confer, Ph.D. will review lessons learned about unconscious bias during the Covid-19 pandemic and will engage with participants on ways that each of us can use our own influence to improve relationships with others.
